I ask for prayer for my 15 1/2 year old son. He is making negative choices in seemingly every area of life. He knows the Lord, but doesn’t think he needs the Lord. Please pray for his father and me as we parent our very strong-willed child. Thank you so much.

Dear Child of God, I stand with you in your prayer for your son. I thank God for his salvation given to Your family and the precious gift of your son. Father, thank You for Your blessings for this family. I lift their son to You and pray that You will restore to him the joy of Your salvation and create a clean heart within him. Bring him into the shadow of Your wings and let him see the sacrifice that You made for his life. I thank You for the parents who are standing on Your promises regarding their son. They are trying to bring him up in the way he should go so that when he is old he will not depart from it. Only You know the path that this young man will walk and only You are there with him, walking alongside him. I pray that as he makes his decisions he will know the wisdom of the Holy Spirit guiding him. Don’t let him be trapped by the baubles of the world but instead let him be amazed at the awesomeness of God and His miracles. We know that You have etched his name onto the palm of Your hand. Keep him safe, Lord, in Your hands and in Your timing, restore him. I pray that You will let Your assurance and peace be in the hearts of his parents knowing that He is in Your hands. Amen.
