Almighty God, your name is above all and you are all powerful. You are a strong deliverer. We are praying for C. Cast out every darkness. Help resist darkness and engage the Light.

Dear C, since you are remote and disconnected from this spiritual counselling process, it puts a lot of responsibility on you to be honest with yourself AND with the Lord about your life, passed and present.
But if you do that, then it’s straightforward to get rid of these demonic presences.
IF the Spirit of God lives in you, then you have authority over them (and their boss, satan), and they know it.
But trying to give you instructions in this letter form cannot be done effectively; -too cumbersome. i.e: if this, then do that ; if that, then do this, etc.
You could do a basic spiritual clean-out of the premises, room by room:
“In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ I take authority over any spiritual presence here which is not of God, and I command you to leave and never return” (say it forcefully!) Then ask the Holy Spirit to come and fill the place. (Welcome Him lovingly). Do this for EACH room.
They may have come in with someone who visits you; they may have come out of someone who used to live there; you may have demonic spiritual objects in your room (e.g Maori), – get rid of them!
Are you seeing them or hearing them? Are you hearing them with your ears or inside your head?
Let the Lord guide you with regard to asking for forgiveness and repentance.
You might need to enlist the help of someone from the Body of Christ who is functioning in gifts of the Holy Spirit.
The results that you get will depend on how determined and truthful you are with the Lord.
May your heart be open to His spirit, and He will lead you to freedom.
