Dear Child of God, I stand with you in your prayers for your daughter Becky. Thank You Lord for z and Becky. I lift Becky to You and pray that You will show her Your amazing love. We know that You have fearfully and wonderfully made our bodies and we find it so easy to mistreat them through bad diet or alcohol. Help us all to treasure the body that You have given us. To fill our hearts with longing for You and a desire to keep You at the centre of our lives. So often, Lord, we fall in the face of snacking and drinking, ruining Your precious gift of our bodies. Help us to remember that the Holy Spirit dwells in our bodies. You provide a way out for our temptations Lord so I pray that the cause of the bad diet and drinking will be revealed so that You can minister to Becky and bring her into fullness of life. Let Z be a wonderful support for Becky and let her not be seen by Becky as a judge but a supporting parent wanting the best for their child. Please bring Becky into Your presence and encourage her to surrender fully to Your Will for her life. If hearts are stubborn let them be softened. If hurt has been given let there be forgiveness and reconciliation. If misunderstandings have occurred let there be clarity. Let Z and Becky have an open and true relationship. Amen.
