Please pray for my husband and myself. I had to leave our family home nearly three weeks ago when my husband of 50 years became physically violent. He is 82 years old and a veteran of the Malay Emergency and two tours of Vietnam. He has Parkinsons Disease, PTSD, alcoholism and some cognitive decline. I no longer feel safe to be with him, coupled with the fact that I am physically, mentally and emotionally burnt out. I can no longer give him the care that is necessary for his well-being. We have sourced a local nursing home that has a vacancy, but they have advised that they won’t take him because of his alcohol problems. We have given permission for them to talk to his GP on Monday, but no contact has been made between them. Please pray for a vacancy to open up as we try and move forward with this next step in our journey. Many thanks for your support. ‘C’

Thank you Lord that you want all to be saved. Lord would you make a way, draw husband to you, help him to hear your word. Thank you Lord you are healer of diseases. Thank you Lord God that you bless husband & wife with your peace & provision. Thank you Lord for your grace & mercies new each day.

I felt so very alone when fighting a similar situation, and strongly sensed myself being told – ‘Can You Depend On Me’. This was said so quietly, and so kindly and evenly spoken, direct to my heart. It was not said as a question, but was me being told Who I needed to look to and depend on.
Because He sees you, and He wants you to know that He loves you, and He is for you.
