My boyfriend and I have talked about the future, and he has mentioned engagement and marriage. I love him so much and can’t imagine my life without him. I am an ER Nurse, and he is a doctor fellow going back for Internal Medicine (international med school grad). He is from a city in the Middle East, and I am from rural US. He is Catholic and I am Protestant. I love him so much and want children and a future with him. He has to move for IM residency; please pray the Lord God will show him what He wants him to do. His family lives in Maine and still has cultural expectations. I want God’s will, but please pray for my three kiddos with a possible transition and move. Pray for a good bond and a healthy relationship with him. Thanks!

Dear Child of God, I stand with you in your prayers for your future. Lord, I thank You for D and her family, and I lift them to You. I pray that as they look to Your guidance for their future, they will see Your hand going before them and making the way open for them. We know that when we submit our ways to You, You will direct our paths. I pray that D will lay all her anxieties before You and learn from You. Thank You that we can bring all our cares to You because You care for us. I pray that D’s relationship with her partner will open up honest and loving conversations and that together they will seek You. I pray that the step towards engagement and marriage will be holy and in agreement with Your will for their lives. May they seek Your kingdom and live righteously and You will provide all their needs. Strengthen their love for each other. Thank You that You know the plans You have for them and You declare over them that Your plans are to prosper them and not to harm them, plans to bring them hope and a future. May Your plans for their lives spread out before them and May they be guided by the Holy Spirit. May they be true to You in everything they think, say and do and together may they work for Your kingdom, bringing wholeness and healing into the lives of many people. Thank You for the skills that You have given them. Bless them and encourage them with every blessing in Christ and show them Your almighty love. Amen.
