I am 78 years old and over the last few years have developed a fear of driving and I have lost a lot of confidence in getting out there in the traffic. I pray for God’s help and seek to trust Him, but the fear is still real to me. Thank you for praying for me.

Good day C,
As I read your message, I could relate to the fear that you talk about. A few years back, I was in a car accident. After the accident, I decided to drive as soon as possible again. Every time a car came from the side, I could feel the fear returning. I experienced this for a very, very long time after the accident, but I just kept on driving. I can not even remember when the fear went away, but it did. I know that God is with me in the car and that helps. Someone once told me that it is OK to drive slow, people can drive around you. I pray that God will give you the courage to try again.

To my fellow believer in our Lord Jesus. Let us do what so many others do in these challenging times – and pray together. Our Lord we lift up this problem of lost confidence in driving ability. Lord remove that fear that gnaws at the very heart of my family member. Come and let your light remove this darkness and replace it with your pure love that casts out all evil. You know how important driving is for this person so we believe together for you to restore confidence and to thank you in advance for answering our prayer. Amen. Understand that Jesus is at your side this very moment and will see you through this problem ….that is no more. Take care. Thinking of you.
