Lord, please help me lose excess body fat so that I can be lean, slim, healthy, and beautiful. Lord, please help me specifically lose excess, stubborn belly fat that is around my organs, as well as excess fat under my chin, arms, and legs. Help me eat healthily and maintain a consistent exercise program. Please help me develop healthy habits so that my metabolism will increase and my body can burn fat faster. In Jesus’ name, AMEN.
