Pray for Urgent Building Repairs

Praying for God’s Grace to overcome this current problem before winter and heavy rain really set in.  Leaks could fuse our electricity and gas. The building managers identified one crack in the internal downpipe on the 2nd floor and patched it up in September but then ignored it. We still get serious water damage here on the ground floor. I had to do my own detective work. A kind 1st-floor neighbour allowed me inside to get photographic proof of water leaking down outside of their section of the internal waste pipe during heavy rain.

A fibreglass patch must be done in dry weather, and the top floor flat must agree to not use their kitchen sink for 5 hours. Also, I’m worried about how many other cracks are in this 130-year-old cast iron pipe. The problem started summer 2023! Thank you so much for reading this and supporting us in prayer. It means so much knowing that God sees us and that kind people, who I will never meet on this earth care about our situation here. God bless you for caring.
