Dear Lord, my dear friend is suffering from Hidradenitis Suppurativa, a genetic skin condition that causes painful lesions that constantly ooze blood and pus and affect his quality of life. He wants to end his life because of this painful condition. God, please grant him the wisdom to see truth clearly, the humility to set aside pride, and the openness to listen and understand with compassion. Soften his heart, guide his thoughts, and let peace and clarity shape his decisions. And grant me patience and love as I walk alongside him. Please surround him with Your protection and hold him close in his pain. Fill his heart with hope, even when he feels lost. Remind him he is loved, that his life has meaning, and that he is never alone. Please give him the strength to hold on and bring people around him who can help and comfort him. I pray for his life. I pray that he has the strength to hold on.
