Please pray that the feelings I have in my heart for a certain man, J, fade away, or that at least a man will find me who deserves all the love that I am able to give &with whom I can follow Jesus & someone who will pursue me. I’ve had these feelings for him for years& it’s not reciprocal. It’s made me sick & depressed & I need to move on. I can’t go on suffering like this.

Dear Child of God, I feel your heartbreak over unrequited love that you feel in your heart for J and I stand with you in your prayers. Lord Jesus, I thank You for P. I pray that P’s heart will be healed by Your anointing and that You will show P Your power. I pray that as P seeks Your Kingdom and Your righteousness then Your mighty blessings will be revealed in P’s life. I thank You for the emotion of love that You have gifted us with. Lord, You tell us in Your Word that love is the new commandment for us, to love each other as You have loved us. The love that P feels for J sounds like a much deeper love . I pray that Your hand will be upon P and J and pray that Your will is done in each of their lives. If, indeed, this love is in Your Will for them then I pray that You will let it blossom and if not then I pray that You will reveal Your plan for P as at the moment P’s spiralling into sickness and depression. Lord, Your will is to give us hope and a future. May P surrender to Your will and sit back and rest in Your presence. I pray the turmoil will be dispelled in Your Name. Thank You that You bring order and not chaos. Restore order in the mind of P that P can clearly see You beckoning P into the freedom of life that You offer. May Jesus be P’s foundation and may P know Your peace going forward. We lay this burden at the feet of You, Lord Jesus, and praise You for Your love. May P be a blessing and shine with Your love. Amen.

Dear P,
I pray that the Lord will give you the grace to let go of the man, to renew you and renew your faith and when the time is right, to connect you with the man he planned for you. Also, do the work to get you to a good place as you wait for the next relationship e.g. work on your walk with God and go for therapy if you need to.

Father God, lead P to who she is supposed to be with. Guide her with your loving hand away from those who will not reciprocate her love. Fill her with your peace in this circumstance. In Jesus name we pray. amen.

Dear H (the person who commented below), further to my previous comment below, I in fact asked God to lead me to the man that is meant to be with me, and God showed me it is J. But, J does not reciprocate my feelings.
I just trust that God will sort it out. I trust that what God promised me is en route. I am expecting God’s best and that the right person will show up and that HE will find me and HE will pursue me. God is faithful.

Dear H (the person who commented below). It is written in Proverbs 18:22 that “HE who finds a wife finds what is good and receives favor from the LORD.”
This scripture does not say “She who finds a husband…” Please may I ask you not to pray as you intended “That God’s guiding hand would lead you to the man that is meant to be with you .” Please rather pray, according to SCRIPTURE, that the man God intends for me to marry, would find me (not the other way around). I.e please pray the HE would find me and that HE would pursue me.

P , I pray for you in this trouble you have with going after someone you can’t have ! I pray That God’s guiding hand would lead you to the man that is meant to be with you .
God knows and wants people to have companions on life’s journey to share there lives and beliefs with .
God’s will be done .
