I need prayer for this season of perimenopause/menopause. I get really scared that the worst is going to happen. I do take it to God, and He has already brought me through so much. But I get so weary because I am trying to do the right thing with my weight by losing weight, but then I have a setback.
I don’t have anything medically wrong, but I am going to get myself checked by a doctor, using God’s wisdom.

Lord I pray that not only Your love, care, strength, peace, and protection is with M in this challenging season but also Your Holy Spirit and living power work inside of M to adjust and refine every part of her body so that they will work together perfectly and harmoniously.
