Please pray for me as I have been searching for another job for the past 8 years. I have been applying but I have not received a single call back. I am currently working in a toxic work environment, with a toxic manager. I do not see another way out except for finding another job. I have no passion for what I do currently and dread getting up in the morning but have no choice as I have to provide for my family.

Have you asked God what purpose He has for you in this current job? Have you asked how is He using the circumstances to change you if He’s not changing the circumstances? Maybe God’s using this job to prepare you for the better job. Maybe He wants to use you to be a light in that toxic environment and to advance His kingdom in that place.

Hi, this happened to me. Just quit your job, pick up a part time retail job to keep schedule and income and use time and energy to focus on a new job. I did it and you can do it too.
