Good day,
I would appreciate if you can pray for me and my family. My mother has four daughters, me being the oldest, we’ve only ever had our mother as she was a single mother who raised us alone. My mother was a heavy drug addict and we were dragged through domestic violence/drugs/alcohol growing up.
My mother got sick and nearly died, I thank the lord every day that she is still here and has given her heart to the lord over 7yrs ago.
The thing is, she met a man who is also a Christian, but he doesn’t accept her children and she has moved from her four daughters and 8 grandchildren in WA, she hardly has anything to do with us because they claim that we aren’t saved or born again Christians, but my sisters and I all believe in god, and Jesus and have grown up in and out of church at separate times throughout our journey through life. My mother’s partner uses biblical scriptures to tear us down and makes us feel unworthy of God’s love, my heart is broken, it’s been like this for 7yrs. 💔

Praying for you K that God would heal your family. May He cause you not be embittered by what us happening with your mum but allow His peace in your hearts. May He also shine His light that would sweep away every darkness in the this situation

I pray K that the lord will give you strength and understanding as too why this is happening in you and your sisters lives.

I am so sorry to hear of the breakdown in your family relationships. I can sense there is much love and affection for her regardless of the circumstances. I pray for God’s peace, love, and comfort for you and your sisters. I pray that you will be able to restore the relationship with your mom and forgive both her and your stepdad.
Just know that Jesus loves, you are created in His image and likeness, He wants the best for you and your family. Tell Him your heart’s desire, Tell him how you truly feel. I encourage you to talk with Him.
The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth. He fulfills the desire of those who fear him, he also hears their cry and saves them. Psalm 145:18-19

Dear K,
When our families do not love us or tear us down it is painful. I pray that you find comfort in God, that you may forgive your mother. Let us remember that God loves us no matter what. Let us be encouraged when we remember stories like Joseph’s in the Bible. Recently we were talking about Joseph, how his brothers hated him and sold him to slavery but this was God’s way to put Joseph in a position where he could save his family. It is such a horrible experience he went through but in the end it worked out for good. I am praying for you, your sisters and your mother. May God be with you always.
