Stepping into Purpose

I’ve spent the past 3 decades experiencing failure after failure in jobs that I was never designed for. I’ve been in sales my entire working life. I got off track in college. God built into me HIGH creativity. I can write, draw, sing, and invent. I initially wanted to be an architect but I wasn’t good in math and the fallacy in my thinking forced me to look for another career. I majored in business and wanted to go into marketing but did not have the required MBA so I got into sales “first”. I’ve hated it since day one and have had 13 + sales jobs failing each time. It’s a Rollercoaster because it’s the only experience I have but don’t want to get another sales job. Without experience in anything else, I don’t quite know what else to apply for. I’m working on entrepreneurial pursuits which incorporate my gifts and talents given by God. I’ve never earned a dime from the gifts God has blessed me with. Pray that God opens a door for me to step into my calling and true purpose. Sustain me fin

Dear H,
Everyday before you start job searching, spend some time with God asking for His divine guidance and direction. Keep praying and asking, keep searching, keep trying, keep volunteering and keep networking…don’t give up! God will direct your way and open the door for you.

G’day H,
Are you currently part of a “church”? (If not, why not!). Whether you are or not, choose 2 or 3 churches with a range of characteristics and start going to them simultaneously; -i.e each of them each week.
Go there for the express purpose of “volunteering your guts out” (!)
Tell the Lord exactly that. -that you will serve, serve, serve in godly ways in those churches until He throws open the door to the path that He wants you on.
But keep this command firmly in your thinking:
“Do not despise the day of small beginnings”.

Dear H, it’s time for concerted, determined action.

-Are you determined enough?
-Will you see it through?
You know these:
(take them to heart)
“Love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind and all your strength”.
“Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be added to you”.
“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; . . . and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.”
(But again: “DO NOT DESPISE THE DAY OF SMALL BEGINNINGS”).
Talk to the Lord continually for guidance, be aware of the Holy Spirit’s promptings, use godly wisdom and discernment in your decision-making.
“I tell you, now is the time of God’s favour, now is the day of salvation.”
