I’m 51 years old and I weigh twice as much as I should. It’s been a day to day, life-long yoyo battle which got significantly worse after losing two jobs in a short period of time. Any energy I have I give to my daughter as she struggles as a new mum with a 1.5 year old. I have business ideas and dreams but I can’t even clean my fridge once I do the essentials. I don’t know what to do anymore. Prayer for guidance is appreciated thank you.

Father God, this Your child needs Your wisdom, discipline, and guidance about the best way to shed off weight. I know You are ready to fight ‘this battle’ with her. Please lead Your child to the right essential content, to gain and apply the acquired knowledge for a healthy, strong body and mind that will bring great glory to Your name! I thank You for deeply encouraging Your child by showing exactly what needs to be done; for taking care of this special daughter and her little one. You love them SO much. And we expect a miraculous change, in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!
