Please pray for my family. We lost our dad in January. My son was diagnosed with ODD and it gets difficult for me to handle him as I am a single parent. My dad was like a father figure to him. Pray that God will place a godly man on my path because there is many times I feel all alone, and have no one to talk to.
I am also struggling as a student, and I am confused because I am have been studying for 20 years to get my degree, and I don’t know if this career is the path that God wants me to follow.

Dear Child of God, I feel your pain of loss and confusion over your life. I lift you and your son to the Lord today. Lord Jesus, You know every pain that has been brought before You by C. I ask that You will send the Holy Spirit to comfort them and fill them with Your peace. I thank You for the life of her Dad which has been such a positive influence for her son. Lord, step into that gaping hole and let them experience Your love which will fill them to capacity and overflow in their lives. Let them lean on You with this sorrow.
We know that You came to heal the broken hearted so I ask that the healing process will begin. I lift C’s loneliness to You. Help her to rest in You as her husband until that day that she is sent a Godly man by You. Help C to learn how to fully rely on You in her life and cultivate a refreshing quiet time with You. Draw alongside her and let her tangibly feel You standing beside her. Protect her from the whispers of the enemy that will try to infiltrate her mind with thoughts of being alone. You have promised to never leave us. Help C to raise up a shield of faith and combat with the Word of God, the sword of the Spirit. Let C allow You to guide her into the career path that You have chosen for her. Speak into her situation clearly and help her to be bold in claiming Your path for her life. I thank You for her son. Create in him a wonderful worshipper, able to rest in Your love and able to sense Your Spirit moving. You do not go by labels as our world does. O D D is just a label. You made her son fearfully and wonderfully and creativity as You ordained. Let him grow up knowing You, his Heavenly Father who gives good gifts to His children. Bless them both richly. Amen.

C, I pray for you in this sad time you are going through in your life. You are a child of God . Put your faith in Jesus Christ His Son: let Jesus help you carry your heavy load. I pray that God’s healing and guiding Spirit will be with you both in this time of uncertainty, showing you clearly where He wants YOU to go.
