Please keep my family in your prayers. My husband is not a Christian and doesn’t want me to take our daughter to church. Every time I take her to church I have to lie and say that I’m visiting my family or going shopping. Pray that one day he will give his life to Jesus and comes to know that God loves him.

Dear Child of God, I stand with you in your prayers and I thank God for you and your daughter. Lord, I lift S and her daughter to You and pray that they will be strong in their faith and continue to attend church. I pray that they will find support there and praying friends to lift up S’ husband to You. Lord, it is such a shame that S lies to her husband about where she is going and I wouldn’t be surprised if he knows anyway. Lord, I pray that the Holy Spirit will soften his heart and if there is any root of bitterness growing in his heart I pray that it will be rooted out and the seeds of the Gospel will begin to flourish. I pray that S and their daughter will have quality time with him and he will begin to see You shining through their lives. I pray that they do not neglect him but love him with Your amazing, bountiful love. I pray that Your hand will rest upon his head until the day of his salvation and that he will have a revelation of Who you are deep within his soul. Lord, may this family bring joy and praise to You and may they come to church all together as a family. Bind them together in Your love and bring joy into their hearts. Amen.

Dear God our heavenly king and father, please pour your holy spirit into the lives of S and her family, especially her husband. Open his eyes to the glory of God and we pray that he will come to know Jesus Christ and walk with his daughter and mother in the footsteps of Christ our Lord.
