Please pray for my young son, he is 23, he has slight autism, he is different and set in his ways, he has applied for so many jobs after he finished high school but during an interview you can tell he is different. He has not had any work experience and doesn’t have any friends, he is lonely and sad. Please pray for a job and friends for him that are just like him, I don’t want him to be lonely and sad. Thankyou so much

Dear Child of God, my heart breaks for you and your son. I stand with you both in your prayers. As a former support worker for young adults with learning disabilities and or autism I fully understand how hard it can be to watch your son being isolated and sad. I pray that you and your son will make contact with churches and organisations who are open to helping your son be independent within a loving community. Lord, I thank You for Your J’s son who You love so much and I lift him to You. Thank You that You make us all different and gift us with unique talents and abilities. I pray that You will lead him through the right door to a job that You have prepared for him that will utilise his skills and abilities. I know there is a job for him and I know that You have wonderful plans for him to give him hope and a future. To prosper him and not to harm him. I pray that J’s love for him will be a good support and encouragement. Father God, thank You for J so much. I pray that as J comes before You with all the dreams and desires for him You will bring J into that place of communion with You. A special time of quietness with You. As J seek Your kingdom May all the desires of J’s heart be gifted to J by You. J, I pray that you will rest in the shadow of El Shadai and know His arms around you. God has this. His ways are not our ways and He sees you and your son and He has this. Do not fear for the Lord your God, the Almighty, reign. He sings over you His love song. Lord, may J and J’s son know the joy that You out deep within us. Be glorified through their lives. Amen.

Praying with you J, for your son.
Father God, we plead for your Grace. Bring the joy and hope in the situation. Send your Word and heal . You are a prayer hearing and answering God. We thank you for you are kind. and good God and is mindful of our needs.
Lord, help !!

Dear J, there are employment agencies who SPECIALISE in helping people with disabilities. Surely they would not turn away your son.
Ask the Lord to guide you in this process.
Ask the Lord to go before you and with you or your son in any aspect of your daily lives, including making phone calls to organise some thing for him.
In the meantime, a good feature for a resume is experience as a volunteer.
Would he consider VOLUNTEERING at a radio station? The R.P.H network is always needing help in various forms, including the reading out loud of printed material for pre-recorded programs, operating the audio equipment to record those programs, reading newspapers ‘live’ on-air, plus a variety of admin/computer tasks. -He may find something that he loves and the experience gained will be excellent.
You could investigate other volunteer organisations: working with animals maybe?
Ask the Lord to direct you to a ‘church’ or fellowship in
some form that He chooses for your son.
Is there a standard church in your vicinity that is going to hold the Alpha course soon? Try to avoid ones that do NOT have the Holy Spirit weekend.
There ARE churches who are havens for people who are sick or hurting or broken. Being accepted is stage one, that will lead to growth and healing. Your son will feel ‘at-home’ in the right spiritual environment and will always look forward to the company.
Opportunities will follow.
Tell the Lord that you trust Him and that you are relying on Him.
All will be well.

My husband and I have been married for 33 years . It has had a huge strain on it due to our son who is 27 with Autism and other diagnosis. His anxiety is the behaviour which is difficult . Pray he sees he can overcome and come up with better ways to manage his meltdowns and bad moods
