I have so much anxiety. It has taken control of my life, and my relationship is crumbling because I overthink everything. Please pray for my overcoming my anxiety.

To submit a prayer request … click on the orange button, fill in the fields and submit. Your personal details will remain confidential and will never be displayed or shared.
Your prayer request will then be vetted by one of our team, usually within 24 hrs. Remember it will be seen by others (albeit anonymously) so keep the language and content appropriate.

So many people, myself included, are dealing with incredible anxiety and we all question how God can help us and why he’s letting this happen. Know that you are not alone, and keep praying and keep looking at all the things that are good in your life, and don’t be afraid to keep asking God for help. This is hard for a lot of people, but don’t lose hope and don’t lose your faith…
