I have a recurring sin, I know it’s wrong and feel bad that I let myself and God down when I give in. I loath my lack of strength and although I ask for forgiveness, I don’t want to be a ‘get out of jail free’ Christian who keeps repeating. Please pray for a breakthrough and power to stop.

When you think you can’t overcome something and you aren’t strong enough remember that God is strong enough and He can overcome it. So with Him, you can too. You can confidently and boldly (even in the middle of sinning) stop and change your mind, praise God and break the hold of the enemy.
Replace the sin with something better. Spend time with God.
God loves you and He’ll wait for you as long as it takes.
